This is probably my least favorite among the redemption DLC maps, partly because of how much it can be cheesed. Boss units except banshees cannot traverse between the two levels and so, camping on the top side makes a solo fairly easy. Objectives on the bottom level can be a touch tricky but there is enough cover present.
As for the character, this is hidden in the game. I wish this was made available since it is a very good character. It is also the only infiltrator with incinerate, which is odd as it is a staple power of the infiltrator in ME2 and ME3SP.
Also, praetorians tend to get stuck below the spot I camped and disappear sometimes, which is handy!
